I requested a refund of 5 payments charged on my paypal incorrectly, they did not, I opened a dispute in paypal, and they suspended my services with 5 undue charges.

No problems for me at all, really good service so far! The interface is also very good and easy to use.
Their proxies are solid for sure, their support could be a little better but I was satisfied overall with their proxies. And they are the cheapest around.
their support is horrible i ordered my proxies hours ago and still nothing. definitely dont recommend use of their service. they say proxies delivered instantly havent received anyhting
