Proxyline is a low-cost provider of IPv4 and IPv6 proxies for marketers looking for cheap but working proxies. The barrier to entry is low, and there is active customer support that responds to queries in real time.

The numbers made publicly available by Proxyline are impressive, with over 6 million completed orders and over 400K customer base, with about 91 percent of them completing more than one order. However, this is not a replacement for an actual and honest third-party review, and that is what I am here to do.
Proxyline offers both IPv4 and IPv6 proxies. While its IPv6 proxies are dedicated proxies, its IPv4 comes in two variants: shared and dedicated. The focus of this review will be on their IPv4 dedicated proxies, as they are currently their most popular product.
The service has servers in over 100 countries, putting it in the list of one of the best in terms of location support. Performance-wise, it is also quite acceptable considering its price point. The proxies are perfect for Internet marketing, social media marketing, and multiple account management, among others. They are also a good fit for some automation tasks.
Proxyline Solutions
Proxyline was specifically made for Internet marketers to bypass IP blocks. This empowers them to grow and scale their business without the fear of getting blocked. What the service offers are static datacenter IPs, which are identified as hosting IPs. These are different from residential IPs assigned to real humans, as they are IP addresses assigned to computers in data centers.
Being that as it may, they are still usable on a good number of websites across the Internet, including popular websites such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, Amazon, and most other sites. However, they easily get blocked for suspicious behaviour as web servers get wary of them. Proxyline offers 3 types of datacenter proxies.
IPv6 Proxies
IPv6 proxies are meant for systems built on the IP protocol version 6 (IPv6). The demand for them is low, the supply is high, and the price is cheap. Except your tasks specifically require IPv6, default to purchasing IPv4 as it is used by most systems.
Shared IPv4 Proxies
For the IPv4 proxies, the service sells both shared and individual proxies. For the shared version, up to 3 people use each IP. Pricing is cheaper, but performance may be lower, and the risk of a bad neighbourhood is high.
Individual IPv4 Proxies
The individual IPv4 proxies are better than the shared variant, as only you are assigned an IP, but you will have to pay more compared to using the shared proxies. For real projects, I will recommend you go with this, except you are on a tight budget and the use of a proxy is not risky.

Server Locations
One of the areas the Proxyline service shines is in its coverage location. This is especially true in the datacenter proxy market, where most providers have around 10 countries supported or fewer. Proxyline, on the other hand, has proxy servers in over 100 countries. The Ups are from over 7500 networks and subnets. The price of the proxy for each country is the same.
The supported countries cut across countries in all continents and regions. This makes Proxyline network powerful as you can get IPs to unblock geo-content and access localised content from around the world. The choice of the country is made at the point of purchasing the proxy and can’t be changed to a different country afterward (only for that specific proxy).
For now, Proxyline does not provide you with the option to choose the specific state and city you want IPs. Except in rare cases, this is not even an issue, as country-specific IPs are what is required. It is important you know that the Proxyline network is not a good fit for classified ads such as Avito and Craigslist. This is partly due to your inability to choose city-level proxies.
Note: One of the major issues faced by users of Proxyline is geo-targeting. There have been reports by real users that the locations do not resolve to the location chosen by users during purchase. For this reason, I recommend you always test it out immediately and get a replacement if it does not resolve to the required location. You can test it using IP lookup tool such asIPinfo.io.

Network Performance
As with most private proxy providers, Proxyline will want you to believe you can get up to 100 Mbps in download speed. However, this is not always the case, as not a single proxy I have reviewed, including those that claim so, reached that mark. The best of them have a speed of 50+ Mbps. I tested the performance speed of their proxies using the speedtest.net tool, and the results for 4 locations were all above 50 Mbps. Below is the result of the performance test carried out.
Proxy Location | Ping (ms) | Download Speed (Mbps) | Upload Speed (Mbps) |
Nigeria (No proxy) | 43 | 60.73 | 39.33 |
United States | 92 | 82.94 | 347 |
Germany | 66 | 55.32 | 302 |
UK | 105 | 71.92 | 358 |
India | 179 | 47.33 | 52.28 |
As you can see, the first row contains my speed data without using any proxy server. While this is slow compared to what is obtainable in most parts of the world, it is fast enough for most of my usage over here and works well as a benchmark. One thing I appreciate is how stable their network is. I used them to browse the Internet for a whole day and didn’t experience dropped connections or connection errors throughout.

Pricing and Features
Pricing is an important deciding factor that defines the type of users that will use a service and their expectations. Proxyline does look like it's looking to serve those looking for cheap proxies, and not necessarily those looking for the best proxies out there to use. And for this market point, it serves them right. Its pricing is one of the cheapest in the market right now — and the rental period is flexible.
Price per proxy starts from $1.77 with a discount offered for large purchases. The discount is for those purchasing more than 30 IPs and depends on how large your order is. Take, for instance, a user buying 30 proxies will get the price per proxy at $1.74, while for those buying 50 proxies, the price per proxy is $1.56.
In terms of payment methods, the service supports multiple payment types, ranging from card payment to WebMoney, Perfect Money, and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. Currently, Proxyline does not offer a free trial but offers a 2-day money-back guarantee.
Features
- Proxyline offers you IPs from diverse networks and subnets. Currently, it has support for about 7500+ networks and subnets from over 100 countries. If you are purchasing multiple proxies, the IPs are mixed from multiple subnets. This way, you are protected from getting all your IPs banned due to a subnet ban.
- Support for manually selecting proxy IPs. For most providers, you only choose the specific country you want, and the service automatically assigns you the IPs. In this case, while it does this by default for you, you can also choose to select the IPs manually for yourself.
- 48-hour money-back guarantee offered. If their proxies didn’t work for you, you have the right to ask for a full refund within 48 hours of confirming your order. Also, this is not the only resolution. You can also ask for IP replacement if the issue is with the specific IP assigned to you.
- Performance for their individual IPv4 proxies is stable and acceptable. I tested the speed from 4 countries, and none was below 50 Mbps, with that of the US being 90 Mbps download speed.
- The pricing for their proxies is one of the cheapest in the market. While the average price per private proxy is above $2, Proxyline sells its own for less at $1.77 with a discount for large orders. It is also flexible with rental period, as you can purchase for just 5 days and for longer periods for long-term usage.
- Customer support, based on my own personal experience, is responsive and helpful. I used the live chat feature twice and the email feature. The live chat feature will get you an agent to chat with in real time. However, they are not always available, and in that case, you can use their email to reach them, but that will take a few hours to get a response.
- Proxyline also has an API for developers who want to integrate their solution programmatically. The API documentation is lean and say to understand and make integration swift.

Authentication and API
As mentioned earlier, except for their free proxies, which I do not advise you to use, all their proxies are closed proxies, including the shared ones. This means you require authentication to make use of them. The default authentication method is the username and password that you are provided with.
However, this is not the only mode of authentication. Proxyline also has support for IP authentication also known as IP binding. With this, you can whitelist up to 3 devices to use them on without using a username and password for authentication.
The API documentation for Proxyline is available here. The API is not only meant for users of their service looking to access it programmatically. Proxy resellers are also allowed to make use of it. Visit the API documentation page to learn all you can do with their APIs and your limits.

Customer Support
The customer support of Proxyline is a complete system designed to answer queries, troubleshoot, and help customer solve their proxy problems. The service provides multiple channels you can contact them — email. live chat and Telegram. For both live chat and Telegram, you get an agent responding to you in real-time.
However, they are not always available, in which case, you can use the email option. Dropping them a message on Telegram is also a viable option here. However, when you have to deal with Telegram, make sure you click their account link from their website, as Telegram is kinda full of scammers who might want to claim to be them.

Our Verdict
Proxyline offers affordable and working proxies you can use for your Internet marketing operations. They have a responsive customer support, even though you can do most of what you need to do from the user dashboard.
While they have got one of the largest location coverage in the market, there is an issue with this — some of the IPs do not resolve to the correct location. For this reason, you should always test the geolocation of the IP sold to you and ask for a replacement if it is not from a different location. Aside from this, the service will be a good option for those looking for really cheap proxies that work.
